The Late Edward Raymond Green founded the company in 1947 for the manufacture of hosiery pressing shapes, initially made in wood but later manufactured in aluminium.
In the 1960's and 1970's Mr Greens two sons Robert and Nigel joined the business and in 1980 it was made a limited company.
During that time the company diversified into the manufacturing of display and point of sale work, along with bespoke cabinet work both for commercial and the home. This being Planit Interiors.
In more recent years, a U.V. roller coating line was added to our workshop, giving us the opportunity to offer a lacquering and polishing service for flat panel applications, such as demountable staging, office partitioning and veneered products, being an alternative to spray finishes.
We also offer a demountable parquet dance floor. This is under the name Quikform-Dancefloor.
